Metals X has a Board of six persons made up of two Executive Directors of which one is the Managing Director. The other four directors are non-executive, of which one is the Chairman. In addition, Metals X has a dedicated Company Secretary.
The composition of the Board is based upon having the requisite skills and experience to enable effective management of the company's assets and make appropriate and informed decisions in doing so.
